Your work profile

The Consultant – Full Stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable UI applications, backend microservices, and database solutions to support onboarding and KYC renewal capabilities. This role requires hands-on engineering expertise, active contribution to system architecture and design, and collaboration with global teams to build high-quality digital solutions.

The role involves working across the full software development lifecycle, driving engineering excellence, identifying process improvements, and ensuring continuous delivery of reliable and scalable applications.

Key skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development or Software Engineering roles
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying backend applications
• Experience working with microservice architecture
• Hands-on experience delivering RESTful APIs to production
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and database management
• Strong programming experience with Java, preferably using recent versions
• Experience developing UI applications using ReactJS
• Understanding of containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to GCP Cloud Platform
• Experience delivering production changes in agile development environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with experience working in cross-functional and global teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the banking or financial services sector
• Exposure to onboarding, KYC, or client lifecycle management platforms
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
• Understanding of cloud-native application development
