Your work profile

The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable UI applications, backend microservices, and database solutions to support funds onboarding capabilities. This role requires hands-on engineering expertise, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to lead software delivery initiatives by example while working within a global technology team.

Key skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech)
• Strong experience in software engineering with proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying backend applications
• Experience delivering solutions using microservice architecture
• Experience delivering RESTful APIs to production environments
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and database management
• Strong experience with Java, preferably using the latest versions
• Experience developing UI applications using ReactJS
• Understanding of containers and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to GCP Cloud Platform
• Experience regularly delivering production changes in a high-cadence agile environment
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience working across global teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the financial services or banking sector
• Exposure to onboarding, KYC, or client lifecycle management platforms
• Experience working in globally distributed engineering teams
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices
