Your work profile 

• We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, backend architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and database technologies. (Python + Django, Python + Data Engineering, or Python + AWS) 

Key skills required:  

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Python. 

• Build scalable RESTful APIs using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. 

• Develop microservices-based applications and integrate third-party services/APIs. 

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. 

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. 

• Implement asynchronous programming, caching, and message queues where required. 

• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps teams, product managers, and QA teams. 

• Write unit tests, integration tests, and ensure code quality through code reviews. 

• Participate in system design discussions and technical decision-making. 

Must Have: 

• Strong experience in Python development (5+ years). 

• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. 

• Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns. 

• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. 

• Strong knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB. 

• Experience with caching tools like Redis. 

• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. 

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. 

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
