Your work profile
As a Manager in our ET& P:FT Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Responsibilities:
The primary role of the SAP Project Manager will be to drive SAP Implementation & Transformation projects aligned with aligned with customer's Project/Product organization and/or relative IT/Business organization. For driving individual project, you will execute project management works such as Issue/Time/Cost/Risk/Communication/Quality/Resource/Session Managements. Responsible to lead project teams to develop and launch new product initiatives. Project Manager will plan and manage multiple related projects including, cost/benefit analysis, estimation of budgets, timelines, and resources required for successful and timely completion of projects. The SAP Project Manager will also assist in the development of measurement processes/methods for assessing progress towards goals and project outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer's requirements, business processes and solution landscape.
- Create detailed project plans and execute them
- Understand SAP project methodology and premium engagement’s services and drive adoption
- Coordinate involvement of SAP consultants and support resources and lead them in project
- Properly make reports and escalation to management or executive level
- Manage project scope, resources, budget, schedule to ensure that the project team members are meeting the deadlines and following the guidelines.
- Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions.
- Should be able to direct, manage and motivate the project team in multi-vendor and multi country environment.
- Handle the escalations and conflict within the project team.
- Have good working experience in stakeholder management, change management, communication plan, risk and mitigation, implementation, and cutover plan.
- Prepare Project status updates based on the stakeholders, handle Steering Meetings, Phase exits and Project meetings
Requirements:
Must have experience and understanding of process flows and process design.
- Should have knowledge in Design Thinking methodology.
- Good understanding and experience of working in Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
- Understanding of system engineering concepts and data/ process analysis and modeling.
- Ability to take systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pay close attention to detail.
- Experience developing cost/benefit analysis and building business cases.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Domain experience needed:
Experience in Banking and Financial Services is a must. Should have led / played significant role in end-to-end digital transformation programs in Agile environments

- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
