Your work profile
- Role = Senior Consultant
- Delivery Lead with Digital transformation experience in the retail banking sector in a complex Global delivery engagement. Prior HSBC experience is a must have
- The candidate should have led the engagement at a program level, managing a team of project managers.
- The candidate should have the experience of handling large & complex transformation projects in the retail banking sector in digital transformation/mobile banking – WPB (retail) Digital (mobile/web exp)
Key skills required
- Project Management skills – end to end delivery, RAID log reporting, Risk reporting and mitigation, presenting in Steering Committee
- Excellent agile knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools (like Confluence, JIRA, excel, etc.).
- Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking products
- Should have exposure to digital transformation, mobile journeys and customer journeys in the retail banking domain.
- Exposure to mobile journeys/digital transformation in retail banking is mandatory.
- Location is Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad
- Notice - LWD in Jan – (Jan joiners) / Immediate
- Education- UG and above
- Experience = 8 to 10 years
