About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented to join our team and support the implementation of Ivalua, a leading Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates who are eager to work at the intersection of technology and procurement.You will play a key part in configuring the tool, analysing data using SQL, supporting project management activities, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
.Key Responsibilities\
Assist in Ivalua platform configuration based on business requirementsWork with senior consultants and project managers to support end-to-end project activities
Use SQL for data validation, extraction, transformation, and analysisParticipate in data migration activities and interface testing
Document functional specifications, test cases, and user manualsTrack project deliverables, status updates, and support issue resolutionCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Procurement, IT)Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training initiativesHelp identify process gaps and suggest improvements in workflows
Skills and Qualifications
Must-Have 5+ years with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fieldGood understanding of SQL and basic database conceptsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailGood communication and documentation skillsEagerness to learn technology platforms and enterprise toolsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-HaveFamiliarity with Procurement and Sourcing processes (e.g., RFQ, PO, Invoicing)Knowledge of any ERP/SaaS tool (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, etc.)Basic knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)Certifications in procurement or supply chain tools/processes are a plus
