Your work profile

Data Delivery Lead is responsible for leading large-scale banking transformation programs across Data, Cloud, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, and Asset Management domains.

This role serves as a strategic leader, partnering with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, govern program execution, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. The individual will play a key role in driving enterprise-wide data modernization and cloud transformation initiatives within complex global banking environments.

Key Skills & Competencies

• 15+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Transformation Leadership.
• Mandatory HSBC banking domain experience with strong exposure to Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Data Management, or Asset Management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Data Transformation, Data Modernization, or Cloud Migration programs.
• Strong understanding of Banking Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Experience managing large global delivery teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders, technology executives, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Expertise in program governance, budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies, Scrum, and enterprise program governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP and their role in large-scale data transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Education – B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MBA or equivalent.

Preferred certifications:

• PMP / PgMP
• Agile / Scrum Certifications
• Cloud Certifications (Azure / GCP)
• Data Management or Transformation-related certifications
