Work you’ll do

 

Solution Delivery & Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Oversee requirement gathering, blueprinting, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Ensure alignment of EC configuration with global HR policies and business processes.
  • Manage data migration, validation, and cutover strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation.

 

System Configuration & Functional Expertise

Strong hands-on knowledge in:

  • Foundation Objects (FO) & Metadata Framework (MDF)
  • Business Rules & Workflow Configuration
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Event Reason Derivation & Position Management
  • Time Off and Basic Time Sheet integrations
  • Employee Data Model & Corporate Data Model
  • Picklists, Associations & Propagation Rules
  • EC Alerts & Notifications
  • Integration with EC Payroll and third-party systems

 

Leadership & Governance

  • Manage and mentor a team of EC consultants and analysts.
  • Establish configuration standards and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure change management and release governance controls.
  • Act as escalation point for complex functional issues.
  • Partner with HR leadership to define system roadmap and future enhancements.

 

Integration & Ecosystem Management

  • Oversee integrations between EC and:
  • EC Payroll
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • Third-party payroll providers
  • Benefits platforms
  • Identity management systems (SSO)
  • Ensure data integrity, synchronization accuracy, and integration monitoring.

 

 

Compliance & Data Governance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations (GDPR and regional requirements).
  • Define and monitor data governance policies.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain system security and access control standards.

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors.
  • 3+ end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of global HR processes.
  • Experience managing global or multi-country deployments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

 

Location and way of working

  • Base location: PAN India
  • This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
