Your work profile
As a Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the SF system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
- Support configuration and administration of SuccessFactors PMGM module (Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Competencies).
- Assist in implementing new PMGM features and enhancements based on business requirements.
- Manage goal plan setup, performance form templates, routing maps, rating scales, and calibration settings.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Perform system testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and validation of functional scenarios.
- Troubleshoot PMGM issues and coordinate fixes with internal teams or SAP support.
- Support yearly performance cycle activities and system readiness tasks.
- Prepare training materials, user guides, and provide end-user support.
Key skills required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically PMGM.
- Understanding of SuccessFactors Admin Center and basic provisioning tasks (added advantage).
- Good knowledge of Performance Form templates, Goal Plan configurations, and workflow routes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
- Exposure to other modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, or Succession Planning. Experience in hybrid work environments and cross-functional collaboration
