Job Summary

Seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in Automation to lead automation strategy, manage QA teams, and drive automation adoption across projects. The role involves overseeing test automation frameworks, ensuring high test coverage, and aligning QA processes with business and delivery goals.

Mandatory

8 Years of Experience

Hands on experience in designing and building Performance Test automation Framework using Neo Load/Loadrunnner/JMeter (Neo Load preferred)

Experience with any monitoring tool (Eg: Perfmon/AppInsights/AzureMonitor/Dynatrace etc)

NFR gathering and discussion to planning for applications

Good to have 

Functional understanding of Business processes, e.g., Finance/Accounting, controlling, logistics and/or reporting

Domain

MES functional and domain experience(Discrete/Electronic industry preferred) and processes in MES (SimaticIT, Opcenter etc)

Performance Test architect – (MES/Opcenter, SAP(S4Hana) and PLM(Teamcenter))

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
