Your work profile

UI / UX Developer | Analyst

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn client and internal applications into easy-to-use products.

Role Description

Gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components with the exposure to design software and wireframe tools.

Key Skills

1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an ERP and CRM style portal environment.

Strong proficiency in Figma, HTML, HTML5, and CSS.

Familiarity with front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.

Have a solid understanding of responsive design principles and be able to design interfaces that adapt to different screen sizes and devices.

Experience with designing for complex data structures, workflows, and dashboards.

Experience with animation and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.

Have a deep understanding of CSS layout techniques such as Flexbox and Grid, and be able to use them effectively in designs.

Have experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass, and be able to write modular and maintainable CSS code.

Have a strong understanding of Figma's design tools and be able to use them to create high-fidelity designs.

Familiarity with Figma's prototyping features and be able to create interactive prototypes to validate designs.

Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and collaboration tools like MS DevOps

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the development team and project managers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

Develop a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements, and translate them into user-centered design solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the designs are consistent with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and make data-driven improvements.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
