Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant in our T&T Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
- Design, develop and deploy solutions using different tools, design principles and conventions.
- Configure robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand.
- Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Solve day to day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase.
- Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.
Program & Delivery Management
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of programs or client accounts, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met
- Develop program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track progress against KPIs and SLAs; proactively address delivery risks and issues
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, sales, support) to ensure timely execution
Client / Account Management
- Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts or programs
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable program plans
- Lead regular client reviews, status meetings, and executive updates
- Manage client expectations and handle escalations professionally and effectively
Key Skills & Competencies
- Experience: 5 – 10 years.
- Graduation mandatory
- Must Have : Unix, PL SQL, Oracle, Data stage
- Good to Have : Control M , Python
- Strong Hands-on Experience on development including DevOps tools like Git/Jenkins
- Strong Engineering mindset with proven ability at problem solving
- Quick learner
- Flexible to support Production as required
- Good communication skills.
- Team Player
- Finance Regulatory Domain experience will be added advantage
