Your Work Profile

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform
• Define architecture and engineering standards for cloud-based data platforms
• Drive implementation of enterprise data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Python, and Spark
• Oversee development, optimization, and governance of data processing frameworks
• Partner with business stakeholders and clients to define data strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Drive performance optimization, cloud cost efficiency, and operational excellence initiatives
• Lead and mentor engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance requirements

Key Skills & Competencies

• 7 to 10 years strong experience leading data engineering initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Extensive expertise in BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Dataproc
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Strong hands-on experience with Spark/PySpark and large-scale data processing
• Experience architecting and delivering enterprise data platforms
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, governance, and operational best practices
• Experience managing technical teams and complex project deliveries
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Looker, or Vertex AI
• Knowledge of modern Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures
• Exposure to DevOps, DataOps, and CI/CD frameworks
• Experience with cloud migration and modernization programs
• Understanding of AI/ML data engineering ecosystems
• Experience in solution estimation, proposal development, and client engagement activities

Preferred Qualifications

Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc.

Experience: 7–10 years in Data Engineering leadership roles.
