Job Description/Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Applications Solution Architect within the Operate Solution Hub, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end solutioning for complex, large-scale application-led deals across Application Management Services (AMS), and integrated services such as Infrastructure (IMS), Cloud (CMS), and Business Process Operations (BPO). This role focuses on developing scalable, efficient, and value-driven solutions for client pursuits. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into actionable architectural designs, frameworks, and pricing models, contributing to the overall win strategy and profitability.

1.   Application Solution Architecture & Design

·      Develop solution storyboards, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, and review pricing model inputs.

·      Define and validate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), effort estimates, and delivery assumptions across the solution lifecycle

·      Create differentiated deal structures and commercial models, embedding multitower synergies during solutioning.

·      Create estimation frameworks and pricing model frameworks.

·      Provide strategic oversight on contracting terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

·      Own the development of end-to-end architecture for large, complex pursuits across AMS, IMS, CMS, and BPO.

·      Drive solution tenets, estimation approaches, and integration strategies.

2. Client Interaction and Collaboration

·      Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations to understand requirements and articulate solution value.

·      Create tailored application-led proposals with clear articulation of benefits, differentiators, and innovation.

·      Articulate integrated solutions with clients by leading solution presentations and creating value propositions for client requirements.

·      Support orals, RFP responses, and due diligence by presenting technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.

·      Serve as a technical thought partner to client stakeholders and internal leadership.

4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

·      Lead and mentor solution architects, technical leads, and engineering teams.

·      Collaborate with Transition, Delivery, and Tower SMEs to ensure solution feasibility and execution readiness.

·      Present technology roadmaps, architectural strategies, and investment plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.

·      Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

·      Support creation and refinement of Business Level Agreements (BLAs) and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) aligned to solution commitments.

·      Engage in internal solution reviews, governance forums, and compliance checks.

Experience

·      20+ years of experience in Application Services and Solution Architecture, including large transformation and AMS deals.

·      Deep knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, custom apps), integration platforms, modernization frameworks, and cloud-native design patterns.

·      Demonstrated experience in end-to-end solutioning and proposal development for large, complex, multi-tower engagements.

·      Proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders, presenting solutions, and influencing decision-making.

Educational Background

·      Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
